First off,, when my wife called, about a potential wc claim. Who ever took the phone call, could hardly be understood, Then when she received s Call back, The gentleman who called. Could hardly be understood, also was kind of rude, his First question was how did you here of us, not how can we help you ,said he needed all kinds of info right then, about her case, She has a 3" high stack of paperwork, is it not ur job to go through all of this, Pretty much demanded alot of access to personal info.
Never once did he ask if she wanted to come in to go through all the paperwork, witch would be so much easier. We'll bottom line. You lost a potential client, sad
