Ramos James Law is unreliable, and frankly a bit cowardly.

In October 2024, I spoke with multiple team members about my personal injury case, and provided documentation at their request. A few days later, they invited me to sign with them and I did.

Nothing happened for two months, because I was still undergoing medical treatment. Then Eric called me unexpectedly. He said they were concerned my case would be "difficult." He didn't want to say it, but they were dropping my case. Nothing had changed except apparently they had finally reviewed it.

Eric said they would find another attorney to take my case. They didn't.

I asked them to commit to not doing this to their clients in the future. They wouldn't.

This could have been a worse experience, but not by much. Beware of relying on them.
