Rahul was my divorce attorney in 2010-2011. He did a good job then.

For the past several years the Defendant and her attorney has mislead the court and as a result have tarnished my credibility with the court, credit bureau and children.

I recently retained and submitted to Rahul the complete child support payment history with bank transactions numbers to verify payment. I asked him to submit to the court and finally clear my name and hold the DEF in contempt.
I waited 11 days before hearing back from his firm. Only to be told to wait until he calls me.
Another week goes by and I finally get a conference call date. Both by email and during the call, Rahul stated he was busy and back logged with his cases. I wish he had told me this from the beginning. My case is time sensitive. I went back to him expecting the same service as my divorce. I'm sad to say that he had no interest in including my case as priority. Even though I put together a tabbed binder of evidence (highlighted) and a digital copy, court transcripts which clearly show the DEF committing perjury.

I'm very frustrated that he pushed my case aside and missed the mark on communicating once he received the retainer fee and evidence.

If you give someone 5 stars. You'd expect that level of service each time.
This is not the case with MC law.
