Ismael ("Ish") Gutierrez helped my daughter and me find and buy a sweet place in Lake Arrowhead. We were able to do a lot of the basic groundwork long distance. We told him what we were looking for and gave him a few houses we'd seen online, and he made a list of houses that were similar and met all our standards. We had really good back and forth communication before we even met Ish. When we came "up the hill" to check out the final list, it was a well-planned day. Our experience with Ismael Gutierrez was BEYOND AMAZING. We ended up with our dream home and became full timers on the mountain, and it wouldn't have happened without Ismael's knowledge, guidance, courtesy, and patience every step of the way.

Ismael had great local knowledge and tons of important advice for people moving up to the mountains. He was a consummate professional from start to finish and it was a true pleasure to spend time with him as we house hunted together. Once our offer was in, he did a video walk through of the property and arranged for inspections, picked up the keys for us at closing, and even came to welcome us on our moving day and hand deliver our keys, though it was quite a bit of a drive for him. To say he was a dream come true would be an understatement.

Moreover, Ismael was a shrewd negotiator. He recognized what was important to us and imparted his knowledge of the local market and his advice ultimately saved us a significant amount of money.

At the end of the day, my wife and I have our dream home, beyond what we could have imagined possible, and we have Ismael and the Rahill Team to thank for it.
