My experience with Radon X could not be better. Stacy and his family are very professional, very nice and knowledgeable. Radon mitigation is ALL they do.
Stacy gave me reasonable price and a working schedule and installed a GREAT radon system in my house in 3 hours. I can not be more happy.
Before hiring Radon X, a professional measured the long term radon of my house as 5.8 and my own meter showed the short term radon of my house as 14. After Mr. Stacy installed a radon system for me, my meter showed 0.65 for long term and 1.7 for short term. I am very satisfied. I would ONLY recommend Radon X for installing a radon mitigation to everyone. Thank you Stacy for your great work.

Stacy of Radon X was great. He was very thorough and honest with his estimate. The price was far for the work that was being performed. From start to finish he may have been here about 2 hours. We had a radon system replaced and we felt he did an excellent job and would recommend Radon x to anyone looking for that type of service.

I bought my house in December 2020. It was disclosed that the radon level was 9, which was pretty high considering the recommended action level is 4. I sent off for another charcoal test which came back at a 7.3. I called Radon-X and set up an appointment. They came out and were extremely professional. They installed the system in right around 3 hours. The install is clean and almost unnoticeable. They set a test unit and came back a week later and my detection level was 0.6. Extremely satisfied with Radon-X and highly recommend them to everyone.

Stacey came highly recommend by our realtor, and with good reason. Great work done by great people! I’ve seen a lot of radon systems, and this one has quality written all over it! Our last home had a system installed, not by Radon-X, and it doesn’t even come close to the quality system Radon-X installs. We had our system ran through our attic and up through the roof so we don’t have to see the white pipes on our homes exterior. Well worth the slightly higher cost for a better product! Give them a call!

If you need radon mitigation in the Dayton area, this company is the absolute best. I had a radon level of 2-4 in my basement, after Stacy installed a mitigation system the level dropped to 0.2-0.4. Now, I don't worry about my young children playing in the basement!

Also, my parents recently moved into a new home in the Dayton area. The radon levels were 4-5 and occasionally 8 despite the home already having a mitigation system. Another company came out and recommended a fix. After a $600 "upgrade" the system only managed to reduce the level of radon to an average of 3. The company simply said that is an acceptable level and considered their job done. I recommended my parents call Stacy at Radon-X. He evaluate the old system and recommended a new system be installed. He installed a new system for a very reasonable price, and dropped the radon level to 0.2.

Needless to say I am very happy with the work performed by Radon-X and would recommend them, without hesitation for your radon mitigation needs.

Wanted to share an experience with Radon X! I called another company first, then talked to my next door neighbor who highly recommended Stacy with Radon X. Since most of the world works on referrals, I decided to try them out. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, the work and customer service. He does what he says he’s going to do AND made it look really good. Anyone with a basement NEEDS to have their Radon checked, mine was over 15 and they promised to get it to a level that is acceptable and they hit It. Thanks again to Radon X!

Radon-X was professional, thorough, and very respectful of my house. They arrived on time and there were no surprises at all during the entire process. They explained everything in detail and when they were finished my radon reading dropped well below the national action level. They are LICENSED to test and install radon mitigation systems - I definitely would make use of their services again, thank you!
