On entering I thought this was a pretty organized place, but after witness the prices and service I regret wasting my time there. Only one worker attending 1 person at a time, and almost 11 people waiting. Such rudeness was present. They are a bunch of lazy people who do not want to stay 20 minutes later to help their clients. I called in the morning they told me that nobody ever comes, and 1 hour is enough. They close at 5 and it was 3:45, they refused me service, and the price was over the roof. I had to give up a nut if I wanted to be treated with respect. So disappointed, and now I got to take my ass to yuma dispute that I have my daily task. A mexican taco stand has more quality and time to attend the clients...

I can't believe this place is still in business. They need to be closed down. I called prior to time of arrival, to make sure I didn't get off work early for nothing. The lady said if I get there before 4:00pm they would take me. I show up at 3:04 and she tells me sorry we can't accept anymore today. I clearly tell her I called and was told I was good before 4. The only thing out of her mouth was, SORRY.. I'm so angry this place can get away with this..

The first time I called they just pick up and I could hear the conversation with other customers but no one will talk to me. I hang up after 2 minutes, I called back right away and someone just picked up and hanged up immediately. I called back 2 more times with the same result. Finally after many tries called back and someone answer and sounded frustrated that i called back so many times(that was my goal), I asked my 10 second question and I was done. Will never use this business again.

Very low costumer service, lady doing the Driver Tests was very disrespectful and unprofessional. They don't even follow driving rules that are in the driver test book! Would definitely not recommend.

THE LADY WORKING IN THE ID& LICENSE WORSTE LADY EVER SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE IF SHE DOESNT LIKE HER JOB SHE SHOULD JUST QUIT ? I ASKED HER FOR AN APPLICATION POLITELY AND SHE REPLIED "I ONLY HAVE TWO HANDS CANT TAKE CARE OF EVERYONE". THEN SHE STILL SAYS I NEED TO TAKE MY LUNCH IF YOU WANT AN ID YOU NEED TO COME BACK AFTER 2 I DONT EVEN THINK SHE DESERVES A DAMN LUNCH. ITS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE HER THAT THEY LOOSE GOOD CLIENTS.
