If I could give zero stars I would! New to the area, needed a local company for our taxes, dropped off all necessary docs for taxes to be completed in April, come June I hadn't heard from anyone, called and left messages and sent several emails, finally got a reply in early July. I was told they had an issue at their location with the "network" and had to up and move. I totally understand that was out of their control but a simple phone call letting me know what was going would have been nice. I was told they would have my taxes done in a couple weeks and they'd give me a call. Now here we are mid August, I haven't received one phone call and again begin leaving them message after message, I call again and someone finally answers and I'm told they don't know if my taxes are done yet and they'd call me back today, waited a few hours and no call so I call them 2 more times just to be treated rudely and not given a straight answer on what is going on. I finally decided to go pick up all my paperwork so I can file my taxes asap somewhere else, as I am trying to secure a mortgage and need my 2023 taxes to do so. My paperwork was shoved into my hand, no apology, no nothing. Worst customer service I've ever received! I'll never use this company again and I'll never recommend them, ever.

Are they still in business? We have made several attempts to reach this office. Last we heard from them was back in April when we had to file an extension because our taxes weren’t completed. If anyone can help us get a hold of someone here it would be appreciated. Thank you.
