This company is not a very good company to use for your business. I used this company and they had no problem taking my money, but I had to go through several chains of commands in order for them to file my necessary documents. That was the first thing and secondly, they enrolled me into a subscription without my consent and now I can’t get In touch with anyone. They always say that all of their agents are busy leave your MC number which I have done several times along with two different telephone numbers. I have called supervisors number and to no avail. No one has taken any initiative to respond. I will definitely not be using this company again and I will be changing my banking information because from an ex employee that no longer works there also says that they are unprofessional and they always take money from customers without consent.

Don't work with this company. Jeff and Sami are the ones that said they will work with me, I paid $300 and since the payment they have stopped answering to their phones and email. They are scammers please stay away

Stay away Purcell Compliance Services, they not reliable, charges without notifying you. .
I needed them to release my account info to me , they deliberately decided not to, just so I don't have control over my account.

Jared worked hard to complete his task with us! Thank you so much for your efforts and helping when we thought we were beyond help. IFTA is why we called, Jared and Alex are why we will continue to do business with Purcell Compliance. It was the day of our son’s wedding, Az changed everything and failed to notify us, Alex congratulated everyone and told us to enjoy our day, this was no time for IFTA as it was a day of celebration!! I give the whole company itself a 5 if I could rate higher I would. But Jared I don’t have the words to explain how he came in and saved the day on filing ifta and helping me get our trucking company paperwork organized. He was very patient and walked me through everything and kept me informed of everything that he was doing and what he needed. We are beyond thankful for Purcell and staff!!!

Do NOT use this company. They are quick to take your money, yet do nothing as far as filing appropriate papers they promise to do. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach ANYONE at this place at any number or email provided. Once a dispute with the credit card company took place THEN they called repeatedly. Absolutely ridiculous. New business owners beware! Use a different compliance agent ! !
Update 3/20/19 - After filing a report with the BBB on this company's dishonest dealings, Purcell response was they are turning me into collections to receive money for services never provided. Even tho they have a 100 % money back guarantee, they do not honor it. EVERYTHING this company says and advertises is lies. DO NOT GET TIED UP WITH THESE LIARS. THERE ARE HONEST PEOPLE to do business with and Purcell IS NOT ONE OF THEM !!
