My company paid for a class years ago and I learned the basics for PW. Years later, I asked for help with Certified Payroll reporting which I needed major assistance with. I explained what I needed help with, and I was given a price of $1500.00. This to me was very high but I was at my last resort and felt that they knew what they were doing. I was given a contact of J.P., I had to follow up with her multiple times. She added that she was swamped and that she would get to my file by the end of the week. The week came and went, and I had to phone her, once again, she mentioned she looked at my file and could not look any further until the question of an hourly rate amount was answered. My thought process was that THEY were to let me know the amount that should have been paid and that THEY should have looked through all the reports/checks and any other information I had to get my file resolved. This company wasted my time and money. I would like for the BBB to call me so that I can better explain and share the emails of mismanaged findings. I do want to add that after I complained about J.P, she became easily offended, and would not listen to my explanation or concerns. She mentioned a couple of times that maybe it was a "language barrier" and not understanding the compliance terminology. Agreed, isn't that why I hired the professionals to help me? My goodness! I am currently waiting for Michael to return my call. Michael called and he decided to have a conference call to include JP. After the call, it was clear that JP did not fully commit to getting our file corrected and did not want to continue to be our “compliance specialist”. I received a call from another specialist who stated that if we wanted PWCA to continue to rectify our file, Premier would need to take down the comments on Google and BBB. At first, I was upset to think they dared to request but then realized if I did not take it down my $1500 investment would be lost. I agreed to take it down and emailed the specialist multiple times with no response until yesterday. I did not take the BBB complaint down, which, I did not see online so I thought it was never posted. Then we were told that we were in “arrears” and we would need to add more funds. ABSOLUTELY NOT! There is NO WAY that JP had spent hours on the final determination. I hope this review has helped others to look elsewhere.

I just met Michael and Bobby today for the Prevailing Wage/ Certified Payroll Beginners seminar and it was nothing less than PHENOMENAL! Let’s be honest, this topic is not the most entertaining but these two made it fun, interesting and really did a fantastic job engaging and getting the whole class involved. I really walked away from today’s class feeling like I gained a lot and money worth spent.
