During mediation I was told I would have to pay child support and alimony regardless. I was told I would just have to accept this. I found an attorney to represent me through traditional divorce proceedings and now I receive child support and pay zero alimony. So thankful I didn’t follow through with mediation here. Seems the advice and direction given was poor.
