I am so happy that I discovered this wonderful company. I am new to Harrisburg having moved here in May from Rockville, MD, just outside of Washington, DC. As such, I needed to title and register my vehicles to reflect my new residency. Complicating matters is my being sick with chronic illness which causes me mobility issues that keep me homebound as a matter of routine. I was and am still working to unpack mountains of boxes, making it difficult for me to find the papers I needed.
A couple of weeks ago, I called the company and spoke with Deborah. She was very warm, professional and knowledgeable. Deborah assisted me over the last couple of weeks over multiple calls to craft a plan to best streamline the process. She suggested that I give my wife limited power of attorney to sign for title and registration paperwork, which had to be completed at the office by law.
Deborah subsequently came to my house in her capacity as a mobile notary to prepare the POA and witness my signature. My wife then followed Deborah back to the office to complete the rest of the needed paperwork. She made an otherwise difficult process go very smoothly. Oh, did I mention that she did this during the July 4th holiday weekend?!?!?! Just…wow!!!
During her visit to my home, I learned that Deborah is the owner of the company. Upon my wife returning home from Deborah’s office she remarked, “what a lovely woman”. I could not agree more. My wife also told me that while she worked with Deborah to complete paperwork, Deborah’s husband went outside, on a heat-advisory day, to remove the old registration plates from her vehicle and install the new one. Again, such amazing service!
I had the opportunity to speak with other employees at the business during this process. All displayed the same level of care and professionalism as did Deborah and her husband.
