Angry and disappointed. They have brains but NO HEART! In late 2014 I lost my husband unexpectedly. He died young at 48 years old. I was emotionally traumatized at by having to deal with the taxes because he always handled them for us and because I would have to figure out his earnings and expenses for his business. They never told me that they charge around $300 an hour. They never told me that every phone call message, every phone call and every email sent and received would be charged at this rate. They charged me $1000 for regular income taxes, business income taxes and rental income taxes. I tried to explain that they should have given me a break because I was unorganized or asking the same question twice because of my grief. And the answer was no that is our rate; not even a small discount was given. And I PAID it! Double ouch!
