I truly believe that if an individual presents themselves as professionals and advertise their business as such they should be:
1. Communicative.
2. Responsive.
3. Honest.
Priebe made a lease for my partner because he had to evict a tenant and Priebe could not stand behind his lease. I saw him call to follow up multiple times and the receptionist kept telling him that he will get back to him. After a week of following up daily and no response he decided to go with a different attorney just to find out his lease was outdated, which he had made 4 months before the eviction. It’s been 2 months since the eviction was successfully done and 5 months since he reached out to him. Until this day he has not reached out.

I used Priebe Law for an earnest money dispute I had with a potential buyer who backed out of the contract in violation of the contract. Overall it was a very smooth experience, and we were able to come to an agreement with the potential buyer, and I was given all of the earnest money, per the contract. Priebe made a lease for us, we had to evict our tenant and the attorney could not stand behind his lease. Great firm!!!
I had an issue with my condominium unit and the other unit was owned by LLC ( usually a scary combination ) . I had a fear that the issue would never be resolved. Mr Priebe's not only helped me to win the case, ( no court involved ) but also got me compensation to my losses . His fees are very reasonable and he is very clear on where the money was allocated. I will definitely recommend this firm to family and friends.
I felt very comfortable with his firm ( not just like a number or an irrelevant client ), I felt respected and important as well; besides he is easy to reach.
