Great mailbox and shipping! Has been reliably receiving my mail and business packages for years! And I ship and receive a LOT. The main clerk woman is a blessing and is always quite patient and friendly and even helped me track down a package that USPS fumbled and lost. They also ship and pack ups, fedex, dhs...

I have been using precision mail since 2016... I have been waiting for an important care package from my mom and I called the staff to inform them to let me know ASAP when my package arrived. The staff was so helpful to inform me right away when my international package arrived. They called me right away once the package was at their location and I was able to pick it up. My point is they didn't wait the next day to call me and that's very important to me! I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and wonderful customer service. Thank you again!

Not only the worst customer service when we were in person mailing something, we were misled about certain information about sending parcels abroad. Once we spoke to Fedex about the issue (as precision mail is not a FedEx store but provider of FedEx) Fedex agreed to refund us the $320 we paid. FedEx sent the refund to Precision Mail and said they’d have to put it back on our card directly. Called them back several times as a month passed since they were given our money back... I was given the runaround that the manager was out of town for a few weeks and today when I called the person on the line said he wasn’t the manager but that they would not give us our money back regardless of if FedEx refunded them the amount that we paid. This is unethical! I’m going to report this to the Better Business Bureau and call back FedEx immediately to see if they can refund us directly and penalize the supplier. This man and business should not represent fed ex or any professional shipping carrier. He just pocketed $320 of our money that was supposed to be returned back to the end customer – which is me. Do not go here go to a certified fed ex store! They will lie and mislead you, then not refund you.

Wow, the young woman working there is very helpful! I've been to other DHL's, but this is by far the best one. I was helped with packing and shipping an important Farfetch return in under 10 minutes. Will be coming here from now on from Calabasas.

I rarely write public reviews of businesses, but...

AVOID THIS PLACE for ANY and ALL SHIPMENTS. Period. This place will charge you at least 2-3 times for packing / shipping services offered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You should use the official shipping centers for these courier services -- NOT Precision Mail.

First, I should preface my experience / story by sharing that Precision Mail seems to be surreptitiously misrepresenting itself through its Business Profile on Google (see attached screenshot illustrating how I found them / why I selected them). Precision Mail provides DHL services but is not, in fact, DHL proper; I didn't realize there would be much of a difference -- before last week, I thought that "DHL was DHL, was DHL..." -- and never could've imagined the complications / costs that have stemmed from this.

At Precision Mail, our "DHL" mailing cost us an astonishing $601.91. This was for a plain brown box (not a big or heavy box, relatively speaking) containing a thick envelope of documents being shipped from Studio City (Los Angeles) to the U.S. territory of Saipan -- part of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and my recent, previous home (where I lived for 3.5 years). The entire package weighed 5.1 pounds. In hindsight, I really wish I'd had the clarity of mind to wait and seek alternative shipping options, but all the particular circumstances at the time steered this forward: I was sending extremely important documents (documentation to our immigration attorney's office, for my husband's green card renewal application / submission to USCIS, ultimately); this was a time-sensitive matter, and our attorney's office had specified that they preferred DHL for all their incoming and outgoing shipments (and, having personally lived in Saipan for 3.5 years, I can attest to the lack of services / options and efficiencies in an isolated and remote part of the world such as this; the request to use DHL made perfect sense, and I didn't think much of it). So, I proceeded with the "DHL" shipment at Precision Mail, even with the exorbitant pricing, because I knew that DHL (specifically) was a necessary service, in this case, and I didn't want to risk ANYTHING when it came to my husband's immigration status. I also proceeded because: a.) I was in mild shock, after hearing the price, b.) my brain has been pretty fried these days, thanks to pandemic-compounded stresses, and c.) I just needed to get this done so that I could sleep that night.

My husband and I paid for the shipment (with his Japanese credit card, since we knew we couldn't afford to cover this any other way), but I was deeply unsettled by the cost, so I decided to call DHL directly and investigate.

Through quotes provided by DHL directly, I have since learned that my shipment with DHL SHOULD HAVE cost no more than $200-something, and quite possibly less (I overestimated the weight of my package when speaking to the DHL representative over the phone, as I wasn't sure exactly how much it weighed, at the time -- I wasn't told the weight by the Precision Mail employee who assisted me, and our receipt from Precision Mail curiously didn't include this info). Our immigration attorney's office in Saipan has also confirmed with their local DHL office that shipping rates for packages equivalent to the size and weight of ours, being shipped between Saipan and the U.S. Mainland, run between $140-150, on average.

I returned to Precision Mail yesterday to bring this to their attention and to question the rates we were charged, but there was no reasonable explanation given, and it was clear that the manager with whom we spoke (George) has no interest in helping us / investigating the flaws in their system.

Today I filed an official complaint with DHL. I am hopeful that DHL might be willing to offer some sort of adjustment / reimbursement, but even if they are unwilling or unable to do so, I feel that they -- and ALL OF YOU READING THIS -- should know about the gross mishandling of DHL's name, identity, and services at Precision Mail.

Tried to ship something from here because it was closer than the usps. The sales guy was really nice but they wanted to charge me $20 to ship a small box and $2 for a used Amazon box they got for free. I went straight to the usps and was charged $7 for 2-day delivery. Don't waste any time trying to ship from here.
