I used PRATT LAW GROUP, PLLC to create a series A llc, estate planning doc and a few warranty deeds for my rental properties. My first meeting was great with Darryl V. Pratt but he try to use tons of buzzwords to confuse the client intentionally. I agreed to hire him and paid 2K for the work- I had the worst experience. I need to keep following up with him, he does not deliver the work as he promised. I went to the country office to record the deed, and they declined as deed as it did not have the legal description of the property. This should have a very simple work but still, they made a mistake – Very bad communication, did not deliver the work as promised, and low quality of work. I have decided to hire another firm to complete the leftover work

I hired this firm in 2020 to resolve property issues for my father. I made it clear what my request were , paid our retainer and I continued to reach out periodically for follow ups. However I would hear nothing. Nothing was done, and if I did receive a response they would ask me for the same information. They’ve asked me for previously over and over again meaning that either they weren’t taking notes or weren’t listening. It has been four years and I can confirm to this date Absolutely nothing has been done. I have received nothing on my end as well as no progress for any of my issues have been. If I could go back and hire another firm, I would have I had left a review two years ago, saying the same thing and Daryl Pratt called me immediately and said they would get me taken care of and all sorted out. Out of good faith, I amended my review I look back and regret it Because nothing has been done just an occasional ask of what needs to be done again. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone. If I were you, I explore other options.

They sent a wrong invoice adding an extra 0 for their services and I paid it accidentally and from then I keep asking for my money back and they kept saying they will return it and they made me wait for about an year and stopped responding to me.

Had a very disappointing experience with Pratt Legal Group. Needed some assistance with my aging father and thought Pratt Legal Group was a good fit. Was asked to provide a $3500 retainer for this and it was confirmed to be refundable if not used. Retainer paid in May of 2022 and I utilized the services of one of their paralegals from May until October of 2022, at which time my father passed away.

In December of 2022 I began requesting a refund of my unused retainer knowing that I had used very little of the original amount. After no response I sent additional requests for a refund in January 2023, then February. And then in March of 2023 I put in a call to their firm. And then another email request in March. At that point I posted some unfavorable reviews on social media. I received a call from Mr. Pratt that night and was assured the matter would be resolved quickly. I received a draft invoice in March of 2023 to which I promptly commented. In good faith I removed the negative reviews and now regret that I did. Since then the situation has not changed.

I made further email requests in April, May and June. I am so dissatisfied with the Pratt Law Group. I have spent more time asking for a refund of my unused retainer than I did in receiving services. The Pratt Law Group is not to be trusted.

Daryl Pratt and his team have done an outstanding job for me any time that I have called on them. He has written my will and made several revisions when I have requested them. He has also taken care of other business items for me and has done it in a timely manner.

I contacted Pratt Law last spring because I was purchasing a house from my parents. Mr. Pratt was 40 minutes late to call me but we talked and he verified he could help me.
I later set up a meeting with him, my parents and myself. Late again and had Mr. Butts call instead. He was not updated on the situation so I had to explain again.
All Mr. Butts did was write a letter for us. I paid a $1,000 retainer. $400 something dollars was deducted from the retainer for a 20 minute phone call and a letter, but okay.
I have been asking since last April for a refund of the unused retainer fee.
At first I would get promises from the secretary and Pratt Jr. that they would send it right away.
Now they don’t even reply to my emails.

Not cool. Do not recommend!
