The gentleman I spoke with in the shop was very nice. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the fact that their services are quite limited. I brought a package in for a return and they could take it, but they can't scan it or provide receipt of drop-off, which made me uncomfortable. If anything happened to the package before UPS / FedEx picked it up - or if there was any sort of glitch with UPS/FE scanning it en route - I would have no proof of having dropped off my return. A scanning kiosk, like the UPS shop across the street has, would make a world of difference here. I do appreciate that the gentleman directed me to the nearest shop that could take my package, but stopping here still felt like a waste of my time.

Rude service, employee at store has using outdated strict covid restrictions requiring a mask. like I was still living in 2019. Also they are are charging 25 bucks for a book of stamps never been in any store in my life that stamps where not sold at face value. Went to Raleys next door and got them for $12.50... This place is scaming people and dont treat their customers right.

I have done business with this establishment for many years. Now under new management, I appreciate the cleanliness along with the newly upgraded computers and services offered to customers.

It’s a one stop shop. I can handle all of my business needs in one place avoiding long lines at the local post office from shipping labels and shipping, packaging, internet and computer usage, Western Union, money orders, faxing, copies and more! The staff is always pleasant, fast and efficient. I won’t go anywhere else and will continue to support my local Postal Express.

I really appreciate this business. They are friendly and efficient. One stop shop. Unfortunately they don’t scan on Amazon returns but they can do them if you have the label. Thank you for your service and future service

I had the best experience here today. I came in with two huge lamps that needed to be shipped and a large box that wouldn't fit them. They made a make shift box and they were so efficient. They stuffed it with paper and bubble wrap and made such a nice box for it. I will always come here for postal needs and anything else FedEX or UPS related. They are amazing.

Went to drop off a prepaid fed ex and the guy yelled from behind the counter to get out of the store unless I wear a mask. Hello it's 2023. Masks have not been mandatory for awhile now. It was unbelievable, he should be worried more about his paranoia and how that is affecting his health. Needless to say I left and will not be going back.

Went to mail some priority flat rate mail boxes. They charge $5 more per box. I can see a dollar or so but $5 per box regardless of the flats rate size is just crazy in my opinion. Sad part is when I stated that's $5 more per box she wanted to make it cheaper so leads me to believe she was just trying to make some personal money. I will never go here again!!!
