I love them they are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. As soon as you walk in acknowledging your existence and getting your packages right away or letting you know that no packages have arrived. I had an issue and they solved it right away. I appreciate all they do!!! I have to say they are very knowledgeable in their profession and customer service is outstanding. Thank you Postal ASAP in all you do. I don’t recommend. Family owned and operated. That’s a good thing until it isn’t. Had great service for a year or so until, as a paying mailbox rental customer, I requested that they cover an error by family member employee (she admitted that a $60 package of mine was given to another customer and then apparently lost). The owner begrudgingly covered the amount a week later and that should have been the end of it. During a very civil discussion about the employee error, I made the apparent mistake of informing the owner that I would not be renewing my mailbox in 3 months when my paid contract expired. Within a couple days, I found a note in my box with a $20 bill (not the $47 three months worth of rental) telling me my mailbox contract was now terminated (without cause), my box would be re-keyed in 10 days, and I would no longer have access to my mail. No time or notice given to change addresses with multiple people. Appears a vindictive and vengeful act to me. Never had a single negative contact prior to calling out the above error. Apparently you don’t call out employee (family) mistakes or you get retaliated against. Owner either forgot or doesn’t care that she is running a business and was very unprofessional. Filed a complaint with the Post Office Inspector Generals office. Suggest using one of the other two private mailbox companies in town or the post office itself.

I have to amend my previous review, business has changed significantly with new owners. Our whole family uses this place. It's easier than the post office and the new staff is still friendly and personable. While this isn't necessary for getting a big shipment ready or picking up a handful of packages, it does help. Read reviews for places where customers would otherwise be satisfied with the business, but after so many years the owner still can't remember names. However, I frequently get the wrong mail in our box and though I hand it over to their staff, not everyone does this. About 75% of our normal mail (think bills) has stopped coming. Businesses that want to get paid don't just stop sending bills. Prices are pretty steep. That seems to be normal for the priveledge of living in the mountains.

We have had a mailbox with them for over two years and we really appreciate the service we receive. It is great having our packages from the USPS, UPS and FedEx held by them without the worries of packages disappearing. They provide great customer service including notary (which we have used on numerous occasions). The owners are great people to deal with!

I have had my mailbox and shipping needs taken care of here for 5 years. Always a friendly face and always accommodating and personable. Even when Covid hit and they were slammed with more packages, they have taken care of me. Recommend for safety of mail and packages, and the also the personable staff.

Do not have a phone listed to talk to a real person the number just rings the fax machine. So now I have to drive 25 minutes to see if they have my fax. Useless. With the new owners the service has vastly improved. I now recommend them the service is great. They have posted notary hours.

I have gone there to get some things done and drop off packages for Fedex pickup. I have always been able to do what needed to be done, including notary service. Some people may mistake the attitude as not warm and fuzzy, I took it as business getting done. I don't expect to be catered to, just my questions answered and business getting done and that is what I get. Dealing with the public in a business is hard as no matter what you do or how hard you try someone always feels slighted, it is usually due the customers high unreasonable expectations or demands. I also realize that owners, clerks, etc are human and sometimes act badly also, but I don't see it as an ongoing way of doing things at this store. Plus, they have a small but great selection of gifts, mostly funny or interesting.
