Beautiful courthouse. Even through I had a $700 ticket to show up for, this town is still beautiful. In the winter, omg,it's beautiful. Fall foliage is amazing photograhly awesome. The lady who helped me with my ticket was extremely nice and helpful. Security was pleasant going through. The courthouse it self is absolutely gorgeous. Marble everywhere. Admire the courthouse for its beauty anyways. The downtown had restaurants, movie theaters, and shops to walk to. Seriously, a walk through this town is worth the walk.

You never answer the phones. Go to leave a voicemail and the box is always full. Able to leave a message and you do and they never call you back. This is the most unprofessional courthouse I’ve ever dealt with. I’m trying to pay my ticket. And can’t find a way or how much my ticket is. But you expect me to drive 2.5 hours to come and check. Yeah no. I’m good.

It is 2023 and the website has not been updated yet? This is ridiculous! How is this county supposed to function when our county offices aren't even doing the bare minimum by giving us the tools to do what we need to do. This county needs to do better and catch up with the times! This website is UNACCEPTABLE! I would contact the county supervisor but I have NEVER had one of them respond either!

I saw this place has one star thinking its disgruntled people who got ticket and mad about it. Quickly did I learn it's people like me who've called well over a dozen times with no option of leaving a message or be put on hold. Find another way to get ahold of them because their phone must be on silent.
I've called 30 times in 20 mins consecutively.

I am writing this review because I really wish someone had told me how they handle their traffic court. I live about 5 hours away from Quincy but received a speeding ticket while I was passing through there over the summer. The ticket was about $500 dollars and I was hoping if I showed up to court I could get the fine reduced, as most courts in California do. Long story short when we go into the court room the judge announced she would NOT be reducing anyone's fines (there were about 60 people that day). Like I said I am writing this review because I wish someone had told me before I drove a total of 10 hours to handle this. I would recommend choosing the mail option and saving yourself the trip

It took them 3 weeks to file the paperwork and didnt even give me proof that I left the forms with them. The other document were returned to me 1 month after I filed and I was told they could not file them.
