My contact there was Ali Yazdi. And throughout my experience, from when I made the originating phone call, to confirmation that my case was settled and in the mail, this individual exemplified the meaning of Customer Service. I worked with Ali Yazdi and he was great! He always made sure I got in to see my doctors. I had a 3 month old at the time and he was very accommodating with my crazy schedule. He also worked very hard to find me appointments as close as possible to me so I wouldn’t have to commute too far with my baby. I definitely recommend this Law office! They make the entire process way more manageable.

November 19, 2020 I was involved in an accident with a drunk driver. This accident resulted in my new 2020 Honda Accord Sport being totaled out. I was referred to a “law group” by relatives and they were terrible, later (November 25th) I was then referred to Pirnia Law Group (specifically Seth D.) from a close friend he gave me a call the same day , we spoke for about 20-30 minutes and I already knew I was making the right decision in choosing Seth and Pirnia to represent me and ensure that my case was handled in the best way possible. I called Seth on CHRISTMAS DAY and he picked up the phone and spoke to me , professional, politely , and with concern as always. Ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed and everything was understood every step of the way. Seth was able to get my case settled out by the middle/end of February 2021 with the maximum settlement amount. This was the BEST experience with a law group. I would tell anyone who is considering this law group to look no further you’re right where you need to be. God forbid any future tragedies, but in the event this law group would absolutely be the first I would call.

If I knew what I know now about this company I would rather walk on glass, legos, and the pointed side of a nail rather than have any association with them. Not only are they thieves, but they are RUDE, condescending and to top it if they have no clue what their job requirement is. I did all the chasing the moment I signed on that paper that I was doing business with them, endless calls that were left ignored (purposely), was dealing with a lady called CINDY at first, don’t know what happened to her) she wasn’t much help at ALL, many broken promises later, pointless doctors appointments and “check ups”. Bottom line, they want your money, and once they get it, their true colors are revealed. After all the stress, heartache and bullshit. I got a little under $2,000. (Can only imagine what this company got from this) but oh well, they’ll have to answer to somebody 🙂. Find a better company to deal with, I can guarantee most of these positive reviews are their friends and family or other associates. And AL thank you so much for our call today, thought you was better than the company but I now see, you’re also apart of the problem. Good luck to you all, the lack of respect for your clients are going to be your biggest downfalls, both individually, and as a company.
