I don't normally write reviews, but thought this might be helpful to some people because it made a big impact to me when I was hurt:

My first accident caused some back and knee problems. I was in school, didn't have any health coverage, and couldn't afford to go to a doctor. I was really nervous about getting stuck with medical bills, but was in serious pain and didn't know what to do. Pincus and Lespron got me treatment and even an MRI to check for ligament damage. They also coordinated the repairs on my car. They took care of everything and even got me a nice check in the end! It was a total blessing to have them help when I was hurt, frustrated, and not in a position where I could do these things for myself.

The second time I used them they got me a check to cover the repairs on my car and some of my medical bills. I was satisfied that this covered everything, but then a few weeks later I got another check in the mail. They had checked the doctors bills and got him to reduce them even further, which resulted in more money for me. I wouldn't have known the difference because the first check more than covered the bills. Seriously, how often do you hear of an attorney sending you extra money? This made me feel like they were really looking out for me when I was hurt.

I hired them because I was rear ended by a guy driving an Enterprise rental car. He worked for Enterprise. My chiropractor recommended them saying they were the best. I met with her for a few minutes. Never heard from her again despite my attempts to meet with her. I met with one of her employees once because they wanted more information. It was recommended that I continue with physical therapy, I had to go in for x rays with medical bills piling up. Finally she calls me and says they are ready to settle. It would only cost me $4000 to settle. WHAT, I got hit. Well your medical bills were pretty high, yes you made sure I kept seeing the chiropractor. My car was nearly totaled and that was nearly $8000. So they offered $20,000, she takes her cut, pay for the car, medical bills, I owe $4000. We can go to court but she says you will lose. I don't get it. Chiropractor reduced his bill and she reduced her bill so I broke even. Not happy at all. This man was going 35 mph, never slowed down, hit a big SUV behind me and I was pushed like 50 feet. My recommendation is to get a different lawyer, one that fights for you. I felt that since she was friends with the chiropractor she made sure I kept going and she knew the Enterprise people she recommended I settle.
