Everyone at Pierce Skrabanek was so helpful to our case. They worked fast and efficiently and kept up notified on the status of our case. We worked with Jack Nugent and Will Hardy, they were so awesome. They helped us a lot and made sure we understood what was happening and why. If you're looking for a great firm then look no further! I can't recommend them enough. They truly changed our lives. Five Stars on all accounts!

Unfortunately as of right now, I don’t have good things to say about this firm, so I personally would definitely not recommend it. My husband had a case with another firm and they had to escalate the case and take it to court since the insurance wasn’t agreeing with the amount they were asking for. So, this firm took over the case and ever since they did my husband has not received a call nor email, absolutely nothing informing him with an update on his case. He has been calling for weeks to hear from them, and get at least an update on how his case is going, but the person that is supposedly in charge of his case it happens to never be available, he leaves messages with the receptionist and until today she has not reached out to him. He is going on 2 years with that case open and it seems to not even be close to the end and for what I’m reading on the reviews seems to not be the first one with the same issues, for them to come and at the end not give him anything really. The thing is, I work with a firm myself, I personally had a case before with another firm, and things weren’t even close to how they are here. So to me they are clearly not doing there job the way they are supposed to do it, very unprofessional and very disloyal to their customers. It is so frustrating, and disappointing that at the end of the day they are just having you waste your time waiting and waiting for something they will never get, when they can be as honest to you as to be able to say if they are or aren’t getting anything for you, because at the end of the day who they should want to satisfy is their clients and that’s why you hire them for, and that’s why you put your trust in them. It is so shameful that they can’t even do that the right way. They still have the case in their hands, I really hope the outcome is different and will for sure myself give an update, but as of now, on this moment, things aren’t the way we wish they would be. Once again it is disappointing especially when, supposedly you’re putting your trust in professional people.

After Pierce Skrabanek took over my case from Brown Christie & Green things seemed a little different but not much. My lawyer did as he was supposed to to get things rolling and what not, but could have been a lil better with explaining things and giving more insight as to what I would be dealing with rather than waiting close to deadline of when things came about and rushing the process at times when speaking with me. Then once things settled but not fully I didn’t even find out my lawyer had left the firm until I spent days or weeks trying to speak with someone only to find out through email that he had left the firm (Not Professional) on his part. Anyways his assistant and the rest of his team did well and made sure to follow thru on what needed to be done, even though I gave my lawyer at the time other instructions on one thing but he failed to inform me that it wouldn’t go that way.

Just keep looking for someone else to help you. This isn’t it. I was very unhappy with their service. Every single time I called them they said that whoever was working my case was busy. I never spoke with my lawyer once, i only spoke with her assistants when they finally called me back after weeks of pestering them for a simple update on my case. They took over a year to get me my money and they were NOT agressive enough with the insurance company. They say they treat you like family but never get back to you unless you basically yell at the poor receptionist you speak with. Seriously, just look for someone else to help you!

Bad faith lawyes be careful with this lawyers .
They WILL ruin your whole case and sold you out. They used tactics to make you Wait for long time and then came out with $ 0.50 cents.
