This has to be the worst franchisee in the entire country. We continuously have issues with missing credit cards that have been delivered. The latest screw up there is a prescription that we have proof of delivery on 12/24/24. It never showed online that it was there. It wasn't until I filed a claim & threatened their corporate offices that the prescription magically appeared. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

You still suck & can't be trusted.
You have employees who are either dishonest, i.e. stealing, or incompetent. And, you as the owner, should be ashamed & your franchise taken away from you.

Useless. Lazy. Zero customer service. They don’t even greet you when you walk in. They just yell over a wall. Zero respect for clients or their time. They have some ignorant rule whereby you have to wait an hour after you request a pickup. Then after waiting an hour, you arrive to get your mail and it’s not ready because they hire all incompetent morons with no work ethic. Sure I’ll sit around for another 20 minutes after I already waited an hour while your slow, incompetent and lazy staff dig around a room for a few packages. Go elsewhere. You’ll be glad you did. The other reviews stating mail popping up 2-3 months late is facts too. Happens all the time. They tried to blame USPS multiple times but clearly it's not. It's the dysfunctional zombies working here.

I want to comment on my experience with the staff of Physical Address during my signing up process for their mail forwarding service. Because of tightened security there are forms needed for the USPS for which a passport is not enough identification and which must be of a specific type that I, living abroad as I do, did not readily possess. The folks at Physical Address worked with me over several days to come up with a legally acceptable and verifiable solution to my problem and sent me forms and links and made concrete efforts to make my compliance with the security regulations as easy as possible, and further they credited my account for the cost of an extra notarization expense I incurred to verify my address identification. I really appreciate their earnest desire to see me overcome a bureaucratic obstacle and their generosity with their time and experience towards my personal needs. I really feel I am good hands with this outfit!
