The gentleman that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable! I went in not positive of what I was needing explained the situation and they were most helpful and kind! Highly recommend you check them out!

Great staff, very knowledgeable, and will help you with just about anything you need help with. - 1 star because they are less realistic with their shipping times than Amazon Prime. Everything else, top marks. Just take expected times of arrival with a grain of salt.

It's the best place in town to shop. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They are a bunch of special people. It's my favorite place to shop. Perryton should have more business that are that neat. I would recommend them to everyone. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will order it for you.

I'm speaking for my mom on this particular incident. We had ordered my nana a phone through an agent on the phone. The corporate office shipped the wrong phone. Although we were unable to exchange the phone at our Perryton store, Jorge and Mario were very patient, kind and understanding. Jorge even called the corporate office to see if they could do anything to help us get the phone quicker. Although they were both busy and had other customers, they gave us the time needed until our questions were answered and we knew exactly how to go about resolving this issue. Radio Shack in Perryton is the absolute best. Thanks guys!!

Don't EVER walk into that place!!
Service was awful. Verizon experts? Hell no they are not!!
Treated me like I was stupid.
Would drive to Kansas to buy a Rheem of paper. Will never ever step foot in that store again 😡

Pretty good place for a small town electronic/office store. The staff seemed to be fairly knowledgeable and cordial. They didn’t have what I was looking for but do carry it just out at the time.

The guys that work at the radio shack in perryton are very very very knowledgeable and super helpful and they were very understanding cuz we went there when it was storming outside and I went with my grandparents that could not go outside so let us wait and they're very helpful thank you all
