Ginzberg charged me over 9k and I had to settle the issue myself because he kept pushing us towards court. He said "there's no way to avoid it, they won't back down" and advised me not to talk to the other party.
I sent one email and got them to agree not to go to court and settled the whole thing myself.

He also withheld information and seemed very judgmental. Honestly, I would have thought he was working for the other side.

I just got a new lawyer and I'm horrified to realize how much he misled me and kept important information from me and how much he overcharged, I feel embarrassed for having been essentially scammed.
