This firm was incredibly helpful in assisting with my SSDI claim. Their staff is friendly, thorough, and responsive to my needs and concerns.
Nick, the representative assigned to my case, took all of the guesswork and most of the uncertainty out of the ALJ hearing process. He worked with me to make me feel as prepared and reassured as I believe possible. He, along with the office support staff, made sure all of my medical records were collected and submitted to the SSA. Nick also kept in contact with the hearing office before and after the hearing date to ensure everything that was needed was done to ensure my chance at the best possible outcome. He also proactively kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, and addressed all of my concerns.
In the end, I was found fully favorable. I am grateful to Peña and Bromberg for their very large part in this outcome. This whole ordeal would have been much more difficult without them, and the favorable outcome (I believe) has a lot to do with their superior representation. Thanks again Nick, Mr. Peña, Emily, Elva, and the rest of the staff there. You guys do great work, and you have my gratitude.
