I go there today to see if I can get my taxes done. I’m told they are booked for the season; that is understandable since I am not an existing client.
I then ask if they can refer me to another CPA/accounting house. The very nice receptionist goes around back to a woman I can see and asks that question. She comes back is says she can’t.
I smile and leave.
I find the common courtesy of not pointing me in another direction appalling. It was as if they were saying you can’t have our business and we’re preventing you from services elsewhere as well.
This reflects badly on them.

Peloquin and Co are the best - thorough, careful, honest - they do their best for the customer. They have been my tax consultants for many years and have continued with this company even after having moved out of state. They've never made an error based on the information I have given them.
