Tennant out for 2 months and still getting invoices and bills for attorney fees. Well over what was initially discussed. I had to correct tenant name for documents after originally providing the correct information and then get charged for correction emails to get the evicting tenant name correct. It was also not discussed that my xtenant could call and discuss matters with who I thought was my attorney. I get charged for conversation and billings I have no control over and did not approve. After the first increase in payments I asked to no exceed the balance of the second increase in writing. That didn't seem to stop from another bill exceeding the second deposit.
