It is hard when you lose a parent. It is almost defeating when you lose two parents in two years.

I had so many reservations when contacting a lawyer when my mother died based on common stereotypes about lawyers.

Pearman worked with me because I don't have a lot of money to make sure I could keep them paid without feeling guilty as new challenges arose in the case.

I had a difficult 2022. My mother passed away on Sunday February 20. In order to help settle the estate I chose a name out of the phone book. The lawyer who handled my mother's estate was Matt Perkins of the Pearman Law Firm. I cannot say enough good things about him. To say he did an excellent job is to sell him short. Matt took charge of the process and handled everything from start to finish.

I cannot say enough good things about Matt because he made my life easier. Almost immediately after my mom passed away I was diagnosed with renal cancer. Because Matt was handling the settlement of my mom's estate I was able to concentrate on more important things like surviving cancer! I got better and have been cancer free for about 10 months now. Matt is a superb competent professional who did what was necessary without me worrying about things. I had other matters to worry about.
