I can't express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional service provided by Mark and his team at PDQ especially Victoria! During a challenging time when a hurricane had knocked out power across most of Texas and temperatures soared to 100 degrees, their dedication truly stood out.

Despite the difficult conditions, their notary Victoria went above and beyond, driving an HOUR to find an open FedEx to ensure our documents were delivered. This level of commitment is rare and demonstrates how much Mark and his company truly care about their clients.

It's easy to complain when things go wrong, but it's important to recognize outstanding service when we see it. Thank you for your incredible dedication and for making what could have been a stressful situation seamless and smooth. Highly recommend this company for any notary needs!

As a mobile notary in Virginia, I just completed an assignment from PDQ--assisting a VA real estate buyer with the execution of his file. I really appreciated getting a call from Nancy Stancil insted of an email or text blast, like most signing services do. Then when I had questions, I was impressed that Mike Willard called me himself to find solutions to my problems. I appreciate that they understood there are differences in our notary laws.
I received the documents in plenty of time and our signing appointment went well. I was confident because all my questions were answered. I'd happily assist their clients in the future.

I had a weird experience here , in 2022 i didn’t think i’d still be experiencing racial profiling but i am . Your building isn’t big enough to have employees standing at the back talking about your customers negatively. To be watched like a hawk because i don’t carry cash with the suspicion that i was going to leave without paying is sad to see at a business that has been up for 10+ years .i gave you my full name , my signature is in the book plus my address. $7.50 isn’t worth tarnishing the 6 figures i make a year at my young age . i pray that the man who signed my forms and the woman who looks SIMILAR to me with brown skin and curly hair stop having micro aggressions with people of color.

I have used PDQ Notary for several of my closings, both in town and out of town. They always go above and beyond to get things done, even after business hours or super last minute. Mark and his team are fantastic!

Well, I added on the photo section here proof of conversation with a mobile notary that they hired for me to work with. Apparently don't dare tell this notary you felt they acted unprofessionally or they will just quit on you completely. When PDQ finally reached out to tell me who would replace her as a notary, I had to bring up the topic of the first notary. They weren't even trying to address it let alone apologize. Finally the rep said they'd keep an eye out for her. This was all just awkward. I'm not a difficult person to apologize to. I don't get it.

Lindsey, one of the staff members was one of the nicest people. The other two people who sat on the left side of the room (both blondes) on the other hand were pretty rude and full of themselves. "You're going to have to wait until I finish my work". This was during their walk-in period. Some way to treat your customers. Pretty unprofessional.
So I guess it depends on who you get to talk to.
