I was filing a case and wasn't quite sure how to fill out the documents and pay the appropriate fees, but they patiently explained everything I needed to know, both over the phone and in the office. Other reviewers have said the court clerks here were rude, but what I saw was them being extraordinary patient with EXTREMELY rude people taking their frustrations out on them. No one wants to have to go to court, but it helps a lot to have helpful and knowledgeable people there to guide you through the process.

The court cleark is extremely rude. I did nothing to get treated as such I was calm and just wanted some information. But straight away started giving me attitude for absolutely no reason. If you don't like your job I suggest looking for a new one.

As far as traffic court / justice court goes; this is one of the better ones in the state. I feel more transparency and explanation of process happens here than at courts in big cities. It is still a court so educate yourselves and know the laws of the land in which you stand ,✌?⚖️‍⚖️

Rude lady on the phone. Was not helpful. Very short. I was concerned about an old traffic ticket from 3 years agoI had lost track of and completely forgotten about as I was a new single mother and moving to AZ. Only reason I even knew about the ticket was bc I was trying to renew my vehicle and I was unable to. I asked her about how I can get it reduced or any fees taken off since I didn't receive anything in the mail about the ticket or missing payments or anything and she very rudely said "that's not anything I can help you with. We don't send anything in the mail. It's your responsibility" which is fine I get that it is my responsibility but she was very rude about it and didn't offer any help or suggestions.
