When a simple condo purchase went haywire because of title issues from an old transaction, Paul communicated with us daily explaining our options, found and spoke with all the relevant parties, and constantly advocated on our behalf. A lesser attorney would have taken their fee and hid the issue in a line item, but Paul showed genuine care and concern, as well as creativity in dealing with the issue.

I've dealt with a few real estate Attorney's but Mr. Kaplan is by far the best out of them all.

He has time for clients, No matter how many times you call he response back to you. You could even reach him on his cell.

He explained how 1031 exchange process works so easily. He went thoroughly step by step to explain the closing documents; even gave me a personal referral for my daughter who wants to be a clinical psychologist. Additionally his fee are very reasonable.
