In 2018 contacted Patent PC and discussed my invention in detail. It was not until I was fully aware of what the patent process entailed that we agreed to representation during the patent process.
I received the Utility Patent the end of 2021 and the Design Patent in 2022.
In retrospect, the quality of representation by Patent PC was top-of-the-line during key moments in the process:
-the decision to pursue both patents.
-composing the patents.
-the written reply and subsequent Zoom meeting with USPTO in response to the initially denied patent application. If you do not have excellent representation, it can all end here and you can be left with nothing.
-composition of trademark application and subsequent response to trademark denial (common).
-currently, Patent PC is addressing infringement by another party on my patent.
In every instance Patent PC performed/is performing flawlessly with the highest degree of professionalism.
