I used them recently when my photo taken at the USPS was rejected because they did not tell me to take off a camouflage jacket. My digital photos were received immediately, and their AI approved it in about 5 minutes. I received my photos about 5 days later (using standard shipping option) and it was accepted when I sent it in! Highly recommend.
