I was seeking legal council for a matter between me and my prior landlord. I reached out to and spoke to a few different lawyers but ultimately chose Ben to represent me. He made me feel comfortable and understood from our very first phone call. He continued to be diligent and thorough with my case all the way through. We got the matter resolved and the outcome I was hoping for. Can't recommend Ben enough and would gladly have him represent me again if ever needed!

This Law firm is a joke! On Christmas Eve our Apartment flooded because our landlord didn’t insulate the pipe they repaired. Despite ruining our Christmas Day, New years and damaging our electronics, etc . We were told yesterday that we need to clean out our apartment and vacate it entirely so that they can renovate it this Saturday after we paid our rent January 1st. Our Apartment complex is not helping us with our damages or a hotel room or anything. I reached out to this law firm for help and they told me that they’re not taking any New tenant/landlord cases, to go to some bar association. Which we don’t qualify for because it’s for low income individuals. Some help! We’re literally going to lose all of our belongings and become homeless until our renters insurance put us in a hotel after we pay our deductible for 500$ and we find another place to live. None of this is our fault yet we’re the only ones coming out of our pockets to fix the issue the apartment caused. this law firm is a joke! picking and choosing which cases they want. They’re not helpful at all.

I was referred to Parker Law Group by my legal insurance company. They were highly reviewed and I only needed a simple real estate contract review. Unfortunately, I called twice and was told by two different people that someone would get back to me right away. No one ever called. I also emailed and received no response. If they were too busy to review my contract that would have been fine - just do a potential client the courtesy to tell me you are unavailable.
