I refer to this place as the double C's. Convenience and Customer Service is why I come here. It's small but don't the size fool you! They do everything from notary, shipping, copies and P.O. Boxes. They do sell light weight shipping bags. I rarely see them available in stores. Just ask for them.

You do pay a few dollars more in than you would at the USPS. If it's worth your sanity, if don't want to wait in a long line. I also like the fact that I don't have to fill out a form and then get back in line. Yes, I'm one of those! I tell them the address and they do everything over the computer.

The men that work there are great. They move fast and go the extra mile for the lady that can't use the computer or has a hard time speaking English. I value that!

They also have the best candy ever! While waiting I eat at least 6 chewy fruity Mexican candies. Let's face it, it's all about the candy! Just kidding!!

Check out CC when your in the Yoch (that's short for Antioch). Gangster rap lingo.

Don't go here. I dropped off my package thinking it would be fine it has been a week and my trade in phone has not been scanned in for it's tracking status. tried calling and the guy said it was not his fault and blames fedex for being lazy and slow.

I had to send a shipment to a PO box and sent it UPS. I've been checking the shipping status and it says it's going to be delivered on Friday(yesterday). I check to see if it was delivered and it tells me that the package will be returned because UPS doesn't ship to PO boxes. WTH! If this is the case why did this "shipping" company allow me to ship this package via UPS? Wouldn't you assume since this is a shipping company they would know something like this? Isn't that their specialty? I don't suggest you use them if you're shipping stuff, there's a chance it won't be shipped correctly and you'll be stuck in my position.

Parcel Plus is indeed a plus for the community! Helpful, friendly and convenient, it's a great place to get all your mailing services complete. The store also offers notary services, copying, printing and more. I love shopping small businesses, and this family-run Parcel Plus is a winner.

The guy with long hair and glasses at the front desk was really disrespectful and unbelievably rude! I ask to speak to the owner and he started to shout out profanities... I was in line and when it was my turn he skipped me and went to the next person. Then after he was finished with that customer he I told him I need it 3 copies so then on the way to the printer he starts talking to another customer and taking his time...

This was so unprofessional and so disrespectful I will take my business alse where..STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Don't go there for flat rate mailing. Called ahead to ask if their charge was !the same as the PO for flat rate Mailing and told it was the same. Charged $25.75 for a medium flat rate box. PO charge was $14,40. Some convenience fee of $11.35!
