If you have been charged with a felony, or a serious misdemeanor crime in Grayson County, you need to hire Pamela McGraw as your attorney. There are a few, well known attorneys in Grayson County who advertise in every media outlet and claim they are dedicated to fight for your rights. Personally, I didn't want someone to fight for me. I wanted someone who had a good working relationship with the prosecutors and judges and was well respected in that circle. Not only has Mrs. McGraw established an elevated status of respect from the opposition, she is also aware that timing is everything. The difference between a prison sentence and probation could very well be determined by someone's mood when your attorney presents your case. I also wasn't looking to be in debt for the next 10 years. Mrs. McGraw isn't the cheapest attorney in town, nor should she be. But fancy advertising is expensive. And it is evident when some of the well known attorneys in Grayson County reveal to you their fees.

I hope I never need her again. But I am glad she is there if I do.

This office was assigned as an Ad Litem, if you can beg for a different attorney, do so. Rarely any communication and does not follow through with tasks they say will be completed when they say it will be. Could not explain what the Ad Litem was and still do not know.

she was more concerned about covid and wearing a mask than she was representing me on a serious felony case. I was verbally abused by Pamela McGraw and her sister. She was a public defender assigned to my case with a conflict of interest breaching her duty. Its apparent that all the best lawyers get bought.

Started out great, then when it came time to make the D.A. to keep the agreement her assistant stoped returning my phone calls and ultimately instead of charges being dropped I got rearrested after I completed my end of the deal made with the D.A. . She dropped the ball and ignored me afterwards
