PAK MAIL 65 receives my highest recommendation. And 10 stars if I could. I personally have had 3 furniture shipments coordinated by PAK MAIL on Oracle Road originating in Tucson, cross country to 3 different states. From pick up, to packing with care, to final destination I did not encounter a single problem and freight tracking was a breeze. Furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition. We had a difficult packing problem at a remote site. Other packing companies either refused to even consider it, or quoted exorbitant rates for the job. But Robert and his crew drove out an hour from Tucson, packed our large but delicate equipment expertly, and handled getting it shipped cross-country at a rate that was a fraction of any other company's quote. Can't say enough about how relieved I was to find a guy like Robert and a company like Pak Mail Tucson that is honest, hard-working, and not afraid of a packing and shipping challenge. They'll be my first call for any future packing and shipping needs in the southern Arizona area, and they should be your first call, too!

The staff is awesome in keeping in contact with me, asking how I wanted certain items packed. It took a month or so before I actually received my boxes, but I did finally receive them. I do think they over did it with the packing peanuts that I cannot find a place to recycle, but all in all, it was an okay experience.
