We've had Canestri Plumbing out to our house twice since closing in June 2024. Both times they have been able to diagnose, solution, and implement fixes within a couple of hours. Their costs are reasonable and expertise is top-notch.

Most recently Jason and Corey installed a new "p" trap in the drainage line from our washing machine. They were considerate in letting us know about water usage and even noise levels for our young child. They were also very fast and finished the job in about 90 minutes (from diagnosis to out the door).

On the phone, Jordan has made every effort to schedule our appointments as soon as possible with respect to our calendars. I didn't feel hurried at all. Feels like a locally-owned business that appreciates and respects their customers. We won't go elsewhere.

Gabe Baker installed a new booster pump at our home. He did an exceptional job! He was professional, respectful and took pride in his work. When I first contacted the company, Paul Canestri assisted me with the purchase and taking his expert opinion. We are completely satisfied with the product as well as the experience. Great, local family business. Canestri has helped us two times over the past month. We first had a septic issue... while Canestri could not service our issue they referred us to another trusted source who could. Even though it was no longer their responsibility, they followed up and checked in with us to ensure the issue was handled and resolved.

Recently, our tankless water heater began producing an error code and would not generate hot water. We called first thing in the morning and by 10AM a member of the team was onsite to diagnose. The unit itself was complicated, but Canestri worked to troubleshoot and work with the manufacturer directly to resolve.

Overall, fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable staff!

I do not usually write reviews but I just wanted to thank Jordan and Jason who just left. I have been putting off calling a plumber for over a month. Starting with Jordan who was so pleasant and helpful and then Jason who was just as pleasant explained everything he did left my kitchen so nice and clean and was just a pleasure. Who says things are not what they used to be that there are no honest people anymore. In the future if I need any plumbing work I will definitely call Canestri Plumbing. Thank you so much!!!!!

We recently had a leak in one of our copper pipes behind the vanity in our bathroom. Gabe came out and fixed the problem promptly and was extremely friendly and professional, and provided additional information and suggestions on what to do going forward. I would highly recommend this company.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but these guys were awesome to say the least. Long story short, my shower was leaking, I thought I could fix it and managed to make it worse. Called these guys and they showed up within an hour. They were very nice, knowledgeable and explained all the issues before they fixed them. While they were here I asked about a few other plumbing issues I was having and they took care of those in no time. All of that and it was such a good price. I don’t know all of their plumbers but the one that came out, gave was one of the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers I have ever met. Highly recommend!

Fast service!!! I called and they got me in within a couple days for a non-urgent need. The scheduling assistant was very responsive and when she didnt have the answers she got back to me when she said she would. The technician Bryan was very knowledgeable and professional.
