They would take the children in for a visit while the other parent wasn't even there and not tell you. They say they stay natural but they don't. They allow one side to break rules. Very rude when you question any of this. Its my belief that they have the making to be very professional but lack in that area. Love how they have a home setup there and has the making to be a great center.

Went to a supervised visit with my daughters and grandson. I understand they are to supervise the visits, but they could close the door when they are having discussions with coworkers. There is a one-way window in the office and cameras in the visitation area.
