Dealing with the OC Bar Association has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Every interaction feels like you’re being treated as a nuisance rather than someone seeking assistance. It’s clear they have no interest in supporting the community or maintaining a standard of professionalism.

I’ve had multiple issues with them, and every time, it’s the same dismissive attitude. For an organization that’s supposed to represent legal professionals, they’re shockingly incompetent when it comes to handling basic inquiries or providing courteous service.

If you’re considering reaching out to them for any reason, save yourself the headache. This is one organization that desperately needs to improve its customer service and treat people with respect.

WOW, how is this place even open! Extremely RUDE and unhelpful receptionist. They want 25 dollars from you to do what? To give you random Attorney information no better than what you would get from any random review site? The attitude of this place! Shameful.

I'm low income and I was referred to Patrick o Kennedy in the city of orange and I want to warn anyone who gets recommended to him to please don't do it because they are money hungry shark's who just care about money than helping.
He took my money and did nothing but make a phone call to the other party and charged me for the free consultation.
He never filed nothing or did anything.
I recommend to avoid all lawyers and do your own paperwork or find a lawyer in Los Angeles who are more reasonably priced.

A large space for events, and this building contains the OCBA staff and management.

Free parking. You should know that finding the entrance is always slightly difficult.

Terrible customer service. Treat people like 2nd class citizens when you ask for a lawyer referral. Sometimes you get a nice person on the phone, but most part a karen like character answers calls.
