Initially contact with Kevin was amazing! The first service they performed was fast and got us to the next step of the legal process. However, it was in the next step of the process of having the actual person served, where we had issues! I hired this company 2 more times afterwards and on the 3rd time Kevin basically went ghost on me! Time is of the essence and it was disappointing that the process server completed her attempts on June 16th BUT Kevin did not send the affidavit until June 30th! I also asked him to update the Affidavit and he never responded! So disappointed!

Kevin and Linda were outstanding! They explained the process and their fees upfront. For a few extra dollars they were able to serve the documents I needed serve in just a couple days and provide me with the Service Affidavit. I paid for the sheriff to serve them and almost 2 months later there was no service and no documentation to that fact either. So definitely worth the money and saved me time. On time legal is very affordable while Kevin and Linda are professional yet very friendly, they get to work quickly and really care about their clients. Top notch 5 star service in all aspects!!!
