Zero stars would be better. William Oleary What a money, sucking, scumbag. He had me and my wife jump through all these hoops, get all this paperwork, and pay all this money, because of an issue with Yavapai county land development. Less than one month before we’re supposed to go to court with the county, he decides he Doesn’t wanna represent us because he doesn’t have enough time. Took our money, wasted our time, now I have to try to find another attorney to pick up the case involving Yavapai county less than 30 days for court.

They represent JO Enterprise, which is the low of the low Rental Comp in Prescott AZ, aka slumlord. ? Guess Mr. O’Leary needs the money so bad they are willing to bend and break laws for their slumlord clients.
The good thing is, they are very easy to beat in court. The good thing about the law is you can hold those accountable for breaking it. He’s a reflection of the Biden Administration, if that helps describe them?

My husband and I worked with O'Leary Eaton PLLC Law Firm several years ago in a previous Real Estate issue and was extremely happy on our outcome. Bill O'Leary was straight forward and honest about our situation. His integrity and honesty speaks for itself. We had several quotes from other law firms and his was the most reasonable for his services!

I just finished working with Dezarai Fischer and can't say enough about her! Outstanding lawyer who helped me through a very dark period of my life! She was extremely supportive and kept me focused on what she needed me to do. Her communication skills are wonderful and she always returned my calls/emails in a very timely manner. There never was a question she couldn't answer for me! I obtained several quotes from other law firms and O'Leary Eaton PLLC came in $3,000-$5,000 under their quotes.

All the staff members at O'leary Eaton PLLC are extremely pleasant and always willing to go out of their way for their clients!

Bill O'Leary is a straight shooter. He doesn't waste your time, but likes to takes his time listening and understanding the situation, so he can then return straight-forward advice. He doesn't sugar-coat anything and makes himself clear, so there is no confusion. He obviously is very knowledgeable in his field and is worth what he charges, multiple times over.
