If you need an attorney that is willing to fight for your case and truly cares- hire Martha-Kay (Gus) Crowder!!!! We truly had lost all hope in winning our case against our insurance company. She worked tirelessly to resolve our case and WON!!!! Not only that- she made the effort to take corresponding with our insurance company off of our hands. I highly recommend and am thoroughly impressed with Odom Law Firm! After I was rear ended by another car, I could barely turn, raise, or lower my head from the whiplash. Odom Law Firm is very experienced and knowledgeable with car accident injuries and was very thorough with my case. Gus, at Odom Law Firm, was exceptional at being able to explain to me in a way I could easily understand what my options were, as well as her plan for steps in my interest moving forward. The skillful staff are very warm, caring, and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and modern, offering coffee, tea, water and cable TV. The appointments are quick and effective, and I've always felt more educated and aware of my options and what to expect after an appointment. In several appointments, I never had to wait more than five minutes before being seen, and they go above and beyond with customer service and communications. I routinely was given updates by phone, texts, and email messages. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, my settlement check was actually more than I was expecting from consultations! They will fight for every penny you are owed! This is one great law firm, and I highly recommend them!

No 4.6. They didn't get anything done. I am damaged for life and they settled. They should of never did what they did. So wrong!! And the 2nd attorney was good but still didn't get what I needed. The fight was long and lost case. My life relied on them and now I'm fighting again on my own. I will never trust another attorney again. 2 attorneys 1 law firm and very little accomplished after 6 years. I hadn't dealt with attorneys much prior to coming to them, I wish I did. Conrad isn't bad but my area changed, he didn't know the judge. If he did the outcome would of been different. But yes the first attorney really did a number on my life. I cannot ever work again and he settled for pennies. He is the biggest pos. There is more to this but I'd have to write to much on here. Y'all know now. Good luck!! If you use them use Conrad.

They have been working on my case for a while now about 6 months or so I originally contacted Rainwater Holt & Sexton‘s whom has this law farm working in there behalf on the case. I feel as if there honestly not trying. This is my first time needing a lawyer or sewing someone and yet I still don’t know the next steps or how long of a process will last. As of last week when I spoke with someone they informed me they were waiting on doctor information but I was told this three months ago as well. I just wish they would communicate better on the process so I know what to look forward to. Instead I’m completely. Hopefully after my case is settled I can come back and write an amazing review on what they’ve done but sadly I can’t at the moment.
