The doctor is great and the staff is really kind and friendly. However the front office is very unorganized. I spent well over 2 hours at my appointment due to my patient paperwork being setup wrong. Then my calculations for my eyeglasses with my insurance was calculated wrong. Which is ok everyone makes mistakes my issue was that they called me to tell me I was overcharged and when I come back to pickup my glasses they will credit my card. When I get there no one knew how to process the refund so my card was charged 90 again instead of a refund. So now they owe me 180. The frustration is behind the unnecessary time I have to spend to go back and forth to correct these issues.

Great experience. Thankful for the doctor being very thorough with my eye exams. Although going without my prescriptions during the holidays has been tough - a delay from the lab during the busy holiday season and nothing to do with the eyecare center. That being said, overall an amazing business.

Cannot recommend. I’m willing to overlook the hour and a half wait since they did get us an appointment quickly, but after my new glasses arrived I came to realize that the prescription was wrong and I was having difficulty setting out of one eye. Attempted to contact them repeatedly to schedule a retest, but the contact form that seemed to work fine when I asked to schedule an appointment is now ignored.

AFFORDABLE AND AMAZING QUALITY!! I got my lenses done here for $40 with some add ons like anti glare and scratch resistant for $106 total!! Lens crafter quoted me $200 for just the base lens… so glad they were able to do it here for half the price!!

I have been coming to this eye doctor for 14 year .The front ladies have a terrible attitude and look like they are miserable . They will tell you one price over the phone and when you go for your appointment they will up charge you another $100.00 . They will sit there and talk about you with other workers terrible customer service . I really don't recommend this place. I will definitely be finding a better eye doctors because this is not a place you want your kids or yourself coming to .

I go here for my daughter and I absolutely LOVE it!! I also told my neighbor about it and her and her 2 boys fell in love with this place. I think the staff that he has now is better far as conducting themselves professionally and friendly. I think that was why I stopped going initially because of the old staff, however the Doctor is very pleasant and friendly and always have time for questions! Keep up the Great Job Dr. Blowe!!!

This place is a fraud .Save yourself .
The front ladies have a terrible attitude .They will tell you one price over the phone and charge you way more and the front office staff will sit there and talk about you .This is not a place you want your kids or yourself to go, because the doctors office is so dirty .The chair that they have for the parent to sit on in the doctors office is so dirty and stained .They gave me the glasses which were made Incorrectly and charge me $180 and then they told me they can fix their mistake but they will charge another $169. I will be filing complain about them. I do not recommend anyone to go there .
