Erika was terrific! We sat outside on our deck at 6pm tonight to keep everyone COVID safe. It was dark Dec 2020) but we had lights. It kept getting colder though, but Erika didn’t complain. Our hands were getting colder to making it hard to do paperwork, but Erika was completely professional all the way through! ( In hindsight we should have rescheduled for the afternoon!) I think we gave her a good story to tell tonight! She’s awesome. We got through it all quickly and painlessly, well... minus the cold weather:) She’s knows her stuff. She’s professional all the way. We highly recommend her!

Erika was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She explained each document prior to signing. Erika wore a mask, had hand sanitizer available, and pens were sanitized which was considerate coming into my home. I would definitely recommend her services.

The service began with a confirmation of our appt. call. Erika hit all the safety points and expectations of what we were to expect. She arrived on time and prepared. My husband and I truly appreciated the time and knowledge Erika shared during our notary appointment. When I initially thought I was going to come across some last minute issues with our lender not only was Erika very understanding about needing to reschedule she even offered advice on how to address the problems we were facing. She is professional, extremely informative, and answered questions we didn’t even know we had! Some of the terminology is hard to digest and she made it very easy to understand. Lastly, coming from a registered nurse during COVID, I have to say I appreciate Erika for cleaning/sanitizing everything!
