Working with Notary Relief LLC and Larry Stuart has been nothing but stellar. As an Escrow Officer, I depend a lot on a notary service, as today’s industry has changed tremendously with more transactions being done remotely. Larry and his team have been called on often to perform miracles, a closing may be scheduled with mere minutes, hours of the same day, weeks out, locally or cross country and they have not once let me down. I know we can count on the documents to be complete and correct upon receipt, but as we are all human and errors can occur, Larry and his team have a system in place that will review the documents prior to sending back. If there are any incomplete documents or incorrect signatures, the errors are addressed, corrected and this process is completed immediately and efficiently, as well as great communication along the way.

Larry has hired me several times as a notary to complete signings for him, and the experience with Notary Relief Signing Service is always phenomenal. Communication is great, always updating me on when the docs will be uploaded, which are usually on time and not late. Always tells me when particular documents need initials or signatures when there's not necessarily a spot for that, but that's what his clients need, and I wouldn't know otherwise. I feel comfortable that I am not missing anything going into the signing due to his prep work, and after the signing he reviews scans right away and gives immediate feedback so I can drop off docs. The few times when it was necessary to drop off docs to title, the process was seamless due to Larry's communication. Even when I was arriving after 5pm, their normal closing time, Larry had let them know to wait for me.
He also pays well and on time. Even the next day! That is rare in an industry where pay can be 30+ days from a signing service. Thank you Larry for taking care of your notaries and running a great service. Always my pleasure to work with Notary Relief
