This man has absolutely no people skills. His rudeness took me a back to the point where I was wondering if my only offense to him was the color of my skin. I went to him to get a document notarized. He looked at my drivers license and immediately said it wasn’t me. Keep in mind I’m masked due to COVID-19. He also pointed out that my signature was different over 10 years ago, the time my drivers license was issued. Of course, people change their signatures over time, but that has never caused me to ever be accused of fraud. He didn’t ask for additional ID or anything. He just accused me immediately of fraud. Needless to say, the lady across the street sweetly and swiftly offered me immediate customer service in the way that all people in this country should be treated. If you believe you deserve fair and honest service, just go across the street instead.
