I have an estate sale going on because my father recently passed. I needed a notary very quickly and I work from home and have meetings most of the day. Karina was flexible and courteous, and a joy to talk to, but also very professional. I was given the wrong instructions on what papers were required so she spoke with estate broker direct, and Karina had the papers that the broker left out. This saved SO much time by not having to cancel the session, meet with the broker, print out the right papers, etc. instead, it was all done in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Karina.
