This is a scam! You do NOT get your notary after paying $$ to this company!! You still have to apply through your state separately AND PAY more to your state for it! Save your $, apply with your state and get your stamp off amazon!

I paid for them to process my notary license for me because I (learned) was nieve. It has been 6 weeks now and nothing, my state indicates, just as well as their website states I will have my license in, 30 days. Looking on my states website they should have processed my application weeks ago (they actually have a page where it tells you what days receivables they are processing. Matter of fact this company pushed me to e-file witch takes longer for the state to get to than mailing it in but still should have easily been handled within 4 weeks. I did have a DUI many many years ago and I did fill out the proper forms to let them know about the situation, how long ago it was, and that I have been a law biding citizen ever since. Notaries require you to pay a huge fee for them to pull your report (the state does that anyway for free they just need the form to be filled out). After I paid my fee they told me I would be treated as a felon (I have ZERO idea why they would treat me as such) A dui is not a felony but they processed it as such meaning I will not be approved. You honestly do not need to use them for your service, you can send in your own app and you can get your own stamps from Amazon. I lost a lot of money by them mishandeling my forms. Training if free on most states websites too. I was cheated, but it looks like I am not the only one. Do not fall for this, you can do it all for much cheaper on your own and get it done faster.

Incredibly disgusted by customer service, I ordered a fingerprint ink pad, and two oath stamps on the second of February its now the 26th, they never showed, I had to contact them to see where my order was especially because I paid for expedited shipping, along with my certificates and they refused to give me the expedited shopping I already paid for. No apologies no assistance,Natalie Houston needs a job at the DMV not customer service. Do better

I'm giving one star because I don't have an option for zero stars. Spoke to "Nancy". She was rude and argumentative. I paid for my notary renewal in February 2023, mailed in the required documentation and never received my stamp. When I called "Nancy" argued with me that it was my fault. Furthermore, she let me know she had access to my full social security number. Very unsettling. Buyer beware!

Each time I've had a question or needed clarification, I've always been able to get an emailed response or talk to someone on the phone right away. I've read through some of the reviews and it looks like people aren't aware of turnover times for receiving things. It tells you in the email you receive after completing what you need to do what the turnover times are for different states. One reviewer stated it's been a month and they still haven't received their stamp. I'm in Florida, and it says 4-6weeks to receive the stamp (remember mail doesn't deliver on Sunday). I received mine in about that time.

Sarah (and there's another person, too. Sorry-I forgot her name) stayed on the phone with me when there was a problem with my being able to log in, until I was logged in and could begin the course.

Yes-I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking into becoming a notary. Thank you, Huckleberry Notary Bonding!!

I have had my notary for 20 years and have renewed it many times. I completed and mailed my renewal application and paid the renewal fee online back in April 2019. Since it is August and I have never received my renewal or heard back I called Huckleberry today to follow up only to be told my app was not received. It seems in reading the other reviews I am not the only person who's application was lost or mishandled by Huckleberry. Since I've already paid, I have no choice but to complete the renewal through them otherwise I would not. I am going to fed express it today.
