I was rear ended on 101 a couple of years ago while slowing down to avoid a tire in the middle of my lane. A commercial limo driver had rear ended a vehicle behind me which ended up rear ending me. The limo driver admitted to us that he was following too close to the vehicle behind me. The driver then changed his story with his insurance company in his favor. The limo driver's insurance company wanted to settle for less than $2k. I'm glad I went with Attorney Noel Hibbard. He and his friendly staff were able to keep me well informed about my case and took care of all my medical questions and needs. Noel's legal knowledge and professional experience of handling personal injury cases helped get me a the settlement that I rightfully deserved. I would highly recommend Attorney Noel Hibbard's Office if you are involved in a car accident.

My experience with this firm was due to a vehicle accident (VTA Truck) in which my mother and I were rear-ended. We were actually referred to this firm by a chiropractor in San Jose (apparently they work very closely). From the very beginning his assistant (Paralegal) was nice, but we NEVER met Noel. She was our point of contact at all times, and needless to say slow contact sometimes. During our two or three visits to the office, she was direct and clear but was not very thorough in explaining the process or answering questions. Keep in mind this was the first time my mother or I were involved in an accident or with an attorney, we were pretty ignorant. They were not very helpful. On our third visit it was to sign off paperwork and pick-up a check. Again, we met with his assistant and she briefly explained the total collected from insurance, how much their fees were, and how much the chiropractic fees were (they said they were paying him directly). All in all, they just provided a check (directly from their firm) and did not provide other paperwork or proof from VTA. I asked and was not given an answer. I called a few times later to request to see all paperwork pertaining to my file and my mothers file, to no avail. I believe I even emailed them requesting it, with no result. I simply feel that although they did yield results in terms of compensation, it was not a fair compensation AT ALL. I would never recommend this firm nor opt for their help again. Their approach seemed hurried and impersonal.

Oh, p.s. many of these comments on here are fake. Don’t trust them, decide based on your experience with the consultation. It’s easy to tell that they are based on the repeated wording, names and other factors. I suggest you guys fix them or you may actually lose customers ?
